Refunds and Returns

Atelier Botanica takes great care to source, blend and package artfully spiced organic tea and latte blends of the finest quality. If the product(s) you have purchased are in any way damaged or faulty, please contact us on shop@atelierbotanica.com.au

If the product you purchased through this website is damaged or faulty on arrival, Atelier Botanica will gladly offer you a full refund or replacement item. To claim refund or replacement, you will need to contact us at shop@atelierbotanica.com.au within 5 days of receipt of your products and provide proof of purchase. Atelier Botanica will ensure all costs associated with returning faulty goods is at no expense to you.

If you purchased our products from one of our stockists, please return to that retail outlet for refund or replacement.

Please allow up to 7 working days after we have received your returned products to process your refund/send replacement item.
