How to brew two cups of heavenly handmade chai
As the only organic and genuinely reusable chai, 125 grams of Pure Potent Chai Spice will yield 70 generous (330ml) mugs of heavenly handmade chai.
Classic Chai Tea - Leisurely Brew: Bring 1½ cups of water and 2 teaspoons Pure Potent Chai Spice to boil, then simmer for 10 minutes. Place 2 tea bags into a teapot and strain your spiced brew over the teabags. After a couple of minutes remove tea bags, pour in ½ cup of your favourite warmed milk and sweeten to your liking. Reserve your spices to brew twice more!
Classic Chai Tea - Cafe Brew: Drop 1 rounded teaspoon of Pure Potent Chai Spice into a teapot. Fill 2/3 with boiling water. Top with 1 teaspoon of black tea (or 1 tea bag) and steamed milk. Serve with a dollop of honey on the side.
Iced Chai Latte: Infuse 2 teaspoons of Pure Potent Chai Spice with 100ml of boiled water. Strain over ice, top with your favourite chilled milk and a dollop of honey.
