Perfect for cool mornings or when you need extra cosy comfort. This is chai but not as you know it! Warm date milk richly infused with Atelier Botanica's Chai Spice Powder. Naturally and effortlessly caffeine and sugar free; mineral, fibre and protein rich. This is comfort, pure and simple.

For Two Generous Mugs of Chai-Spiced Date Milk

  • 2 pitted medjool dates
  • 2 mugs of Coco Quench (or your favourite milk)
  • 2  teaspoons of Atelier Botanica Chai Spice Powder
  • 2 teaspoons of goji berries
  • 1-2 teaspoons of maca powder (optional)

Drop all ingredients into a small saucepan and simmer for 10 - 15 minutes, your kitchen will be joyously aromatic. Whip into a frothy gorgeous brew with a stick mixer. Or push through a fine mesh sieve. Serve immediately.

Between sips, rest your warm mug against your heart and inhale the goodness. Feeling better starts now.
